What a lucky find! The beauty of motorhome life is we initially arrived at a different site for the night but we both took one look at each other and said not for us!
So we pulled over, grabbed the iPads and found the nearest Aire. It was quite late in the day so we chanced our arm and drove the 16 miles to see if there was room for us.
As we drove up through the town we instantly knew it was somewhere we wanted to have a look around. This quaint place is a Spa town and had a very grand looking casino, lovely park and a good centre with plenty of boulangeries.
In fact it was so nice we decided to extend our stay for a couple of nights. The facilities were good and there was an area where we could safely exercise the dogs in the morning. So everyone was happy.
We took the dogs to the park which backed onto a woodland. After 5 miles they were flagging so we took them back to the motorhome for a sleep.
We got our E bikes off the motorhome and went for a cycle into the centre to have a look around. Right in the centre is a beautiful church and it soon came apparent this quaint town was much bigger than we initially thought. We decided after our cycle we had earnt a quick drink for our efforts!
