Our intentions when we arrived in Zealand was to visit Copenhagen immediately but with the temperatures soaring to over 30 degrees for the August bank holiday weekend we had to change our plans. We decided to find somewhere that we could enjoy the sun and relax with the dogs until the temperatures dropped slightly.
We found a great stopover which was only about 5 miles off the main road but in the middle of the countryside and best of all we were the only people there.

This is what we love about motorhome life we can change our plans to suit us. We had a couple of BBQs, played UNO and Molkky and had a lovely relaxing bank holiday weekend.
To top it off the sunsets were great too.
