We stayed here twice, on our way up to Latvia and Lithuania and also on our way back.
The campsite is a small independent campsite called Lukowy Kat and its basically located in the owners back garden. The website is http://www.wigry.info we paid 13 euros per night. In the summer the owner does canal boat trips down the river to the Russian border. Unfortunately there has to be a group of 6 so we couldn’t do it as we were the only people staying at the campsite.
There is quite a lot to do in the area and this campsite makes a great base to be able to explore.
