This was merely a stop over as we head toward southern Italy. We found a lovely site where we could park ‘Billy’ Burstner in some shade and situated directly behind us was another glorious beach.
We only stayed here one night but took the dogs for a lovely walk along the beach. The site didn’t look very enticing when we turned into the drive. So our expectations were set low and for a change we were pleasantly surprised. The owners were delightful and facilities were very good.
On getting ready to leave we always empty out the grey water (dishwashing water etc) so that we aren’t carrying any unnecessary weight. As we were going about doing our chores we were told by another motor homer that a kitten had just jumped up under our engine.
We lifted the bonnet to see this ‘little monkey’ looking like he had ideas of coming with us. We managed to entice him down and quickly set off before he had any further ideas! Click the link below to see our video…

I know the kitten was so cute…if we didn’t have the dogs then I think we would have taken him with us !! ha ha
Yes we have been very lucky with the weather so far… Fingers crossed it continues xx
